Hurrah!!!

And our team has won the inter-group volleyball tournament! The entire team's performance was truly remarkable, and so-to-say with modesty, I played my smashing part reasonably well. It was by no means an easy victory (and it shouldn't be at least in the finals!). We were made to sweat hard and bring out our best performance, had to rise to the occasion for the opposition was fierce, skillful and determined to win. The final scoreline read, (in our favour) as 24-26, 25-20,25-23,25-21. With all the four sets going neck-to-neck it was simply a treat for the audience.

At the end of it, it's an exhilarating feeling, a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction of entertaining the elite crowd. I would say the team that grabbed the opportunities at the crucial moments and won those important points of the game finally won the match.

Hush. My legs are aching a bit. The shirt is all wet with sweat. And, yet, the lemon juice tastes so sweet! Mind you, I asked for no sugar in it...
