Jingle all the way!

How many of you knew that the word Christmas has come as an abbreviation of Christ's Mass? I did not for sure!

Merry Christmas to one and all!
Now, on to the boxing day.

India begin their quest to keep supremacy in the Test series against the Proteas. They are 1-0 up with two more tests to go. Durban's second test starting tomorrow would be packed with huge amounts of excitement, a fitting situation for the boxing day.

The fourth Ashes test starts at the world's biggest cricket ground, the Melbourne Cricket ground. With a 3-0, unbeatable lead, the Aussies have already regained the Urn; yet it does not mean the heat of the game should diminish. The men to watch there are Shane Warne, Kevin Pietersen and Sardar Mony Panesar.

The second Twenty20 game between Sri Lanka and New Zealand should be worth a good entertainment. After Sanath Jayasuriya took the game away from the Black Caps, the New Zealanders should be looking forward to make amends and level the 2-match series.

The English Premier League continues with passion increasing exponentially. With a small gap of 2 points between ManU and the defending champions Chelsea, both the teams must be on their toes to get the three points and keep the margin as it is.

If the above sounds like an ESPN advertisement, let me assure you: it is not!
