Small is Big and vice versa

I do not wish to be quoted for this one, but I believe in it all the same.

Prof Rudrapratap, Mech. dept. IISc, heads the nanotech-MEMs activities here. The story goes like this: The MEMs research laboratory needs a lot of funding. And obviously, the first place to look for is the Government of India. Prof Rudrapratap, well prepared with his proposal, went in for the meeting with the minister (for no reasons whatsoever, I won't disclose the name, but it doesn't matter anyway). He explained the nano-tech projects and research opportunities to the minister. The minister tried to understand, of course in vain. Finally, the stage was all set to ask for the big grant for the lab. To nobody's surprise, the minister said,

Prof Rudrapratap quietly walked out of the room and closed the door behind him.
