Satisfaction

At work, satisfaction is not when you get the monthly pay. But when something you create works. Pay would be credited to the bank account at the end of the month!

If applied to academic life:

Real satisfaction lies in the learning, and not (only) in excellent examination results! Excellent examination results would follow!
